Best for: Squad brunch
The menu has a great range; with all of our breakfast favourites as well as a full Sunday roast available. The smoothies looked particularly delicious, and I had to try a bit of Lloyd’s ‘Bench Press’ as it was dairy-free (yay!). As we were a large group of 11, it took us some time for everyone to arrive and to settle our selection, that is, all except Faisal who had decided the night before that he was having chicken and waffles no argument. Our order was taken very smoothly considering how many of us there were, and I was slightly concerned that something might get accidentally missed (*cough* Nadine’s truffle mac and cheese at No. 11!). Then, we proceeded to wait. To be fair, this is the only fault that we could find with the service at P&F – the wait for the food – but it is understandable considering they had to prepare 12 plates to be served at the same time. I appreciated the my glass magically refilling itself every time it was starting to get empty, that’s for sure!
